Happy New year all!
Bringing in the new year we are showcasing some of the jobs we have just finished or currently working on.
So first up we have a whole bunch of characters
Level 3 standard
Artist: Tim
The characters are:- Roboute Guilliman, Valerian, Alexa, Adrax Agatone, Vulcan He’stan, Feugan and Captain General Trajan Valoris
Tim says ‘Just really cool models to do. Different techniques and textures to work on. A dream job really. Really enjoyed doing the fire’
Next up we have a work in progress job an Adeptus Custodes Combat Partrol, Level 3 standard.
Artist: Will
Will says ‘First time painting Custodes and the sub assembly has proven useful if not a little unnecessary, the models are very open and easy to get to. Adding the bronze/gold to all the detailing was great as seeing the flat colour come to life with each stroke was brilliant. The power weapons have also been a delight to paint and the gems add a nice little pop to the armour, but I was surprised by how many there were, the Emperors personal guard being ornate?? Who would have guessed’
So there you go a little snippet into the thoughts and processes of some of our painters.
